This is one of the best hotels at Zagreb, it's in the middle of city center, very good location. The room is new and fresh, the staffs is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast on the rooftop is kind of cool. will revisit here for sure

This wonderful hotel is right in the center of old Zagreb.  Everything is within walking distance.....restaurants abound, flower market and food markets, shops, the trolley for transportation is close by, and many museums, churches, government buildings, parks and Historic sites.  The Hotel Dubrovnik is clean, light rooms, comfy beds, and a sumptuous breakfast!  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I think this is a homestay, not a star hotel, located in the center of Croatia's pedestrian street, taxis have to get off 200 meters away from the hotel, there is no suitable for large luggage, the hotel is on the 3rd floor of the apartment, there is no obvious sign, it is not easy to find, I arrived at 10:30 in the evening, the hotel has no reception, Contact by phone to find the reserved key and open the door password to arrive at the hotel. The room is clean, tidy and stylish. Breakfast is 8～ 10 o'clock. This hotel is suitable for tourists who are not in a hurry, not suitable for business travel, customer shuttle bus can not enter, inconvenient

Good location, right on the side of the square! No breakfast, no kitchen, no toiletries, no slippers, no parking, it took a long time to find the hotel by car! The nearest paid parking lot is 10 minutes walk and 10 euros a night! The facilities are more general, the water heater can only be rushed by two people, and the third person has to wait for a long time! very inconvenient! Ctrip's service is too bad, communication is not timely, and understanding ability is seriously problematic! Never go abroad to book a hotel on Ctrip!

The first time I stayed in the Youth Hostel, it was much better than expected. People from all over the world were very friendly, and the labels written by everyone in the restaurant were also very interesting. You can rest assured to live in the Youth Hostel in the future!

Very nice hotel with great amenities; a welcome drink, pool, gym, and a spa (extra cost). There was also a rooftop space/bar (didn’t go to see) - the reception staff were very pushy to get people to attend giving a 10% discount for consumption. The room was very nice and clean, a smart TV welcome with the guest name, free water, coffee and tea. There was also a smart panel to control the lights and air conditioning, it did get warm in the room and the temperature didn’t seem to correlate to the ac thermostat. The bed was comfortable however it was a hard mattress, may find it a little difficult to find comfort if used to a softer mattress. The hotel is an art lovers paradise, there were artworks throughout the public spaces and room by the artist Boris Bućan - the hotel offered a guided tour to view all throughout the hotel. Great location and close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and supermarkets.
