Great surprise for us and very good value for money! Staff was super nice and helpful, took 5 mins to go through the map and recommended places to go. Room is compact but is everything you need - it looks so new and clean assuming it has just been renovated. Shower temperature was good for summer but might not be warm enough in winter if don’t turn on the heater. Very big desk if that’s useful for you. 15 mins walk from the train station and nearest shopping mall, and another 15 mins walk to reach city centre. Free parking in front of the hotel.

The blanket is too thin, and it is cold in the morning. You must wear thick clothes.
There is construction going on, so it is very noisy during the day.

The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. When we left, we thanked the front desk for calling a taxi for us, which saved us a lot of money. It was only 17 euros for 13 kilometers. Thank you very much and I recommend staying here!

This hotel does not have an elevator. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk helped me carry a large suitcase weighing more than 40 kilograms upstairs. However, when I checked out, no one helped me and I had to carry the suitcase down step by step by myself, which was very inconvenient.

The staff are very kind and helpful when asking about directions and public transportation. Parking is free at the door, and there is a parking lot at the back. The breakfast is simple but has everything you need. The room is small and tidy. Our room is in another building. , very quiet, 10 minutes walk to the tram station, 30 minutes to the old city citywalk to explore Zagreb.
