This hostel was very nice! It felt more like a hotel but with a more friendly vibe. The rooms are spacious and really clean. Also the sound proofing is excellent. I am a light sleeper and I didn’t hear a thing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I arrived after the checkin time and it was very easy to checkin. The location is excellent! It’s close to the train station, bus station, and old town. I only stayed on night but if I come back to Zagreb I will definitely stay here again!

- Cheap because it's a hostel
- Water, instant coffee, etc. were provided as free drinks (basically unmanned, so often not replenished)
[Bad points]
- Because the water heater stores hot water and boils it, if two people use the shower, only water comes out for the second person (if it was winter, I think they would have caught a cold)
- It's a hostel, so I don't really mind, but it's not dirty, but it's not clean either (especially the water area)
- Since it's basically unmanned, you're supposed to contact them by Whats up if there's a problem, but there was no reply

The shower, sink, and toilet were always clean. It was also nice to have everything in the kitchen space. There are plenty of free guidebooks and flyers available, and it was nice to have some in Japanese as well.

Quite clean environment Superior location, thanks to Josipa and her brother, friendly service, willing to serve us, seriously helped us solve that problem. The dormitory place is spacious four-person family room, four friends can open the suitcase there is a clean washroom in the room outside the room also have many bathroom washrooms do not have to fight for the washroom.

The family room's private bathroom is not in the room but next to the room.
And there is no air conditioning. Other than that, everything is good. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly. The location is also very good.

位置很好，附近不少烘焙店，巴士總站、市中心等地最多20分鐘都能走到。整個旅社都非常乾淨、而且太好聞啦！！！我後悔忘記問老闆用了哪一款香薰了😂唯一的缺點是街邊有些吵，我住的那天晚上不知是什麼人一直在按汽車喇叭……另外（也可能是我自己的問題），我沒找到吹風機，不過問題不大～

Worst hostel ever. Have had travelled to more than 13 countries and stayed in different kinds of hotels, hostels, guest houses and have never seen something like this. Owners are not always there to help. I understand but when I texted her to ask for the directions. There's no response. Other guests also experienced the same thing. People self-served, there's no checking of passports nor ID so who knows, maybe you are sharing the whole space with criminals or wanted people. During check out time, no one was at the reception. Got scammed by a taxi driver one evening and wanted to seek help but she's not there. When voicing out about it, she said that it's not her job. Her job was just to give you a key, so you're in a no man's land and you do your own thing if you need information or help to the police station. It's not even a three star hostel. It's just a I -do-whatever-I-want guest house. What's more, needed to change room today but during check out hours, owners were not there and I got a message from her at 11:00 am asking me to pack my thing and moved to a new room I had booked. So you are supposed to cater to her but not the other way round. You paid and you catered to her. I was sightseeing so I couldn't do that. So expect to match her own schedule or her own liking when you stay there.
