The hotel charges Euro$3 for a bottle of water in your bedroom. It is not free which is completely absurd. The staff are not service oriented nor friendly, purely transactional (front desk). The other staff in the restaurant are all friendly and very pleasant. The check out time is at 10am which is nonsense. I have stayed in many hotels as a traveller, and to stay in HILTON, that charges Euro3 for a bottle of water in room and ridiculous 10am check out time is unacceptable. Will not stay here again.

Nice and clean rooms, great location and fine customer services

Everything is nice except the fact that this is the first hotel that I've been to that the housekeeping came by so early. They will leave a note by the door saying that you are supposed to contact the receptionist to ask for them to clean (everyday if you miss them). Which is what I did, but then one day they still didn't come by and clean (not sure why). I think the system could have been better by maybe having two side of door note so the housekeeping will also know if you want your room to be cleaned or not. The rest I can't really complain, breakfast spread is good. Location wise is a bit off but walkable to tram stops, again depending on where you are heading to.

Hilton garden inn radnicka is a new hotel. Everything is good and room is very big. Like their gym/fitness room because they have all basic need if anyone still wish to work out during stay. Breakfast is good and a lot of choices.

Good for relax

The hotel is close to Zagreb Bus Terminal and is located in the main commercial district, making transportation and activities very convenient. It was close to major tourist attractions in the city, so there was no inconvenience. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are new, so everything is clean and nice. The front desk and dining staff are all friendly.

I came here for a few days on business. Considering safety and comfort, the rooms are well soundproofed, the hotel staff are very polite, and the breakfast is rich. This hotel is okay in the local area.

Business hotel, within walking distance of the bus station. But there is a business park nearby and it is very deserted at night. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby that you can try. There is bus number 6 that goes to the city center. The hotel room is small and more suitable for business guests. Overall, no merit or fault.

Good location, convenient for traveling, average breakfast

Overall the hotel is pretty good and relatively new. The staff is very enthusiastic. Soon after checking in, they asked if everything was okay and if they needed any services. The breakfast is well received and very rich.

Excellent breakfast: grapes, peaches, excellent cuts. Comfortable large bed. I did not like the glass door in the shower, half-closed, the water flowed.

I went to Zagreb for a business trip and chose this hotel. The location is good and the room is very comfortable. It’s very nice.

Good location for travelers using Zagreb Bus Terminal There is no lounge. Basic breakfast or cafe-style restaurant It has good value for money the room is clean It is a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center and a 35-minute walk.
