It was an apartment turned into a small hotel- but there is no front desk that is run by a person. They were very clear about how to access the room and the process was very easy.

The only bad thing is the inexistence of parking in the area. We had to oy around 40€ for the night parking. And also some XXX bars in the area. But good location and condition.

The room was ready by 11:00am so I could check in early and leave my luggage. I have a safety concern and it is that the code to access the main door is the same one to your room door, so unless everyone has a different code for both the main door and their room door (which is the same), any of the other residents can basically access your room since everyone shares the same code. The location is very good, very close to the main attractions. At times, there was a strange noise coming from the patio. Overall, decent experience.

The refrigerator is too noisy and the shower doesn't work very well. The sheets also had small holes. You have to climb stairs on the floors of the old house, check in at night, and the staircase corridor is very dark. The location is quite convenient, but there are no restaurants around and there is a Spar supermarket nearby.

However, the hotel gave us wrong room information and we were unable to check in. Moreover, we cannot contact you by phone, so we definitely do not recommend you to stay here. And we had to move the stairs, so the apartment was pitch dark. The most basic mistake was also made. We were given room numbers and passwords for other people.
