Hotels near Holy Mary Monument in Zagreb

I stayed at Hotel Slisko for two weeks in total and it was amazing! I feel like ”part of the family” to be honest as everybody in the hotel is very welcoming and heartwarming people. The rooms are very nice and the location is perfect as it is close to the city but at the same time in a very calm place. In the morning you can have a very nice breakfast and in the evening you can enjoy the best pizza in the restaurant and a cold drink, served by the friendliest guys that actually like talking to you and have good sense of humor too! If you go to Zagreb - stay at this hotel! You will not reget it!

The hotel is pretty good in terms of value for money, but one thing is that booking early is not necessarily cheaper. I checked the room price on the day of check-in, and it was more than 100 yuan cheaper than what I booked in advance. In addition, if you drive to check in, you must communicate during check-in. Well, although Ctrip stated that parking at this hotel is free, the front desk will tell you that it will charge 16 euros a day. Fortunately, after repeated communication with the front desk, we finally did not ask me to pay the parking fee, but it would be a waste of time. The hotel breakfast was average. , drive to the old city attractions about three or four kilometers away.

We stayed one night after arriving on an evening flight. Good standard of accommodation with calm, dark colours. Very friendly staff at the reception and restaurant. We opted for half board, and even though the evening menu was very limited, the food was good. Breakfast was great, consisting of variety of delicious local dishes.

I’ve stayed in a few doubletrees and found them to be very consistent. The room was clean, spacious, modern with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The restaurant served some really lovely food and the staff were very pleasant too. I was traveling for business so I don’t know much about it’s location for tourism but overall I had a nice stay. One question though - where was my warm cookie on arrival doubletree?! 😉

Just wonderful hotel! Highly recommended! We got exactly the rooms we booked, including an extra bed. The rooms are beautiful, state-of-the-art clean and spacious. You can see they've thought of every detail. Breakfast is great, varied and very tasty. The hospitality was courteous and serviceful. And the internet is excellent. What more could you ask for? For sure we will be back again on the next visit to Croatia.

Great location for visiting Zagreb’s Old Town. Take the airport bus, then change to tram number 8, which is closer than tram number 6 and try to catch tram number 8 (easy to find when walking on Google Maps) The super supermarket (Korean standard) on the first floor is open until late at night, which is very convenient. Room facilities, Wi-Fi, bathroom This is a modern building, very good. There is a built-in desk in the room, so it is very convenient to use a laptop. Very close to the center of the old city as you can see on the map. The location is also suitable for family travel. The location is really good..... The reception staff are very helpful. This guy is so nice...too many speakers...great. It is so close to the old town that it is very convenient to visit the sights at night. It's easy to get to the comfortable pasture, and the dinner only dropped 30m. Breakfast Breakfast is located on the first floor (Korean standard). Better, the food is delicious. This is a local egg dish and wonton-like dish, really good. The bathroom is large and the room has enough space. Separate disposable slippers are provided. The tip I got from the tour guide was a guest taxi, and it was 100 kuna to the airport. Two or more people seem to manage their time much better than buses and trams. Call reception.

We were overwhelmed with the space, design and comfort of this little home. The hosts were like family from the first minute till we left. The proximity to downtown ( less than 10 min walk) made our visits n dropping home so easy. The big windows brought in the gorgeous sun light in the space. Though in a Main Street, it was utterly quiet. Zagreb is a safe place to visit and a heaven for the foodies and party sceners!! Once you come here, you will always return. The President of Turkey was visiting at the same time and although some side streets were closed we eventually arrived to the garage. This did not affect the service of the staff as they were just as helpful as usual. The decor of the hotel is very attractive and the room was very clean. The breakfast is amazing with a huge selection of breakfast foods as well as cooked items, cakes, vegetables, etc. You can be reassured if an item is left in the room from your trip it will be taken to the from office and reported. We forgot our passports and my jewelry in the safe only to discover them when we tried to check in Rovinj. The front office had tried to call us however we did not have service driving over the mountain. We returned to pick them up and everything was accounted there. What an awesome hotel!

Nice hotel, service and facilities standardization. The location is good, just opposite the long-distance bus station, convenient for travel and large parking lot. There is a wide variety of breakfasts, and there is a small department to sell.
