We recently visited this beautiful hotel. It has so much greenery and an amazing Mountain View. Just in the middle of palm trees and nature, the room was nice and clean. Food at the restaurant was also good. Enjoyed playing chess in the sitting room by the fire in the evening

Of all the places we stayed during our month in Morocco the Hara Oasis was by far the best. We could find no fault with any aspect of our stay. The charming owner Juan has a light touch and leaves the day to day running to his amazing manager Mohammed. This lovely man took care of our every need and nothing was too much trouble. Added to that the room was a delight and the food was the best we had in Morocco. Finally we should mention our guide Abdou Inaame who kindly took us through the oasis to visit the kasbah in his village and to meet his family. The approach to the Hara Oasis leaves one wondering where on earth you are going, but stick with it, you will be richly rewarded.

This little hotel has the most amazing location! We didn’t know where we were going as our driver wove his way through a ruined Kasbah just outside Agdz. Bleached white walls tumbling down, leaning date palms, narrow sandy track through abandoned buildings. Quite something! The hotel itself is simple, we were ok there. Please note there is no bar or alcohol on the premises. The food was well presented and generous. There is no choice. Breakfast was a bit of a shambles! There were many European guests who all seemed quite happy. Extraordinary view from the restaurant! The river is completely dry so there is no swimming.

My wife and I have stayed in Agdz dozens of times over the years and Hara Oasis is the fourth different accommodation we've stayed in and is by far the best. It has a superb location right on the bank of the Draa river and offers fantastic views of the impressive Jbel Kissane mountain and the surrounding palm groves. It is a photographer's delight! The property itself is interesting with lots of terraces and salons along with the comfortable bedrooms that all surround a beautiful garden - all tastefully decorated. The breakfast is good and dinner amazing. The owners are experts on southern Morocco and were able to give great advice on places to visit that are well off the usual tourist routes. We were recommended this property years ago and finally got to stay there and enjoyed every minute. In fact, we had originally booked to stay for two nights, but extended to four as there was so much to do. Thanks Juan, Najat and team!

A beautiful place nestled in the heart of wild and pristine nature. Arriving and staying there was a rare and powerful experience that my family and I will never forget. HERA was without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco. This is a place that when you get there you feel like we have found exactly what we were looking for and basically what we dream of finding in every trip

Surrounded by palms and crossing an ancient village, the Hara Oasis hotel is a true wonder. The rooms are comfortable, has a cozy restaurant, good food, very helpful personnel. But above all, the whole ambience invites you to relax and enjoy this oasis.

Un lieu MAGIQUE en pleine palmeraie avec déco signée et extrêmement propre. Repas au top et petit déjeuner très, très copieux Chambres confortables entouées d'orangers, de paons et de chats Extrêmment reposant Le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients et quelle gentillesse !!!

une merveille a tous points de vue , je ne recommande pas pour garder le calme , la beauté , le service , l'ambiance pour eviter que ce lieu soit pollué par des touristes qui gâcheraient ce paradis du Maroc , un des musts du vrai Maroc grace au formidable Juan

Effectivement tout est idyllique, un havre de paix et un travail exceptionnel accompli par Juan le propriétaire. Dommage que le diner vienne ternir ce coin de paradis : soupe sans saveur et un poulet entier posé sur la table à se découper soi-même, ça c’est du jamais vu !! Ça ne se fait pas !! De plus le serveur n’est pas très souriant voire fuyant. Idem au petit déjeuner pas de pain frais et personne …. Il faut entrer dans la cuisine pour réclamer et (re)avoir des boissons chaudes, personnel du restaurant limite limite! ! Quel dommage pour cet écolodge exceptionnel par ailleurs.
