Very good service, excellent treatment, unfortunately, the breakfast buffet is weak, but I think that is normal in that area, even so they should modernize, capsule coffee please instead of Melita or filters.

Lovely quirky hotel set in a fab location. Parking within a 5 min walk. The rooms are furnished in a traditional style with extremely comfy beds. Simple toiletries provided - that’s fine, it’s not a 5* spa! Good air conditioning, super clean, and with a lift of stairs aren’t your thing. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful in the Spanish continental style. Good value, nice place.

Hotel with bedbugs!! When I complained about the damages (they bit me), they indicated that it was a problem with the pilgrims who stayed at the hotel, when the problem was caused by a lack of fumigation and hygiene. The furniture was very old. The complaint forms were not updated. They offered a reduction in the cost of the stay, which they never did. In my case, since the reservation was made by the company, a claim to consumer services is not accepted, so all that remains is to file a complaint with the court.

Nos quedamos el fin de semana en el hotel y hay cosas a mejorar, como el agua del bajante de la ducha tarda en bajar, saliendose al piso. Y también necesitas un cambio de colcha en la cama porque está muy viejitas. La habitación daba a la plaza, lo cual tenía encanto, aunque debido a las terrazas había algo de ruido por la noche. Aun así, la experiencia fue muy buena al igual q su desayuno. En definitiva recomiendo el hotel para pasar un fin de semana. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de la señora Mari Carmen, quien fue muy amable con nosotros y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos en todo momento. ¡Gracias por su trato tan cercano.

Viejo, sucio, olor a comida y humedad. No sé ni cómo tiene autorización de hotel, porque es una pensión añeja. No nos quedamos a dormir y nos marchamos a otro a Sevilla llegando a la 1:30 de la mañana y no solo no nos anularon la reserva sino que ni contestan a los mensajes. Las fotos que ponen son de alguna habitación que esté algo mejor.

Me alojé la noche del 29 al 30 de mayo. Cuando desperté me habían picado las chinches que habia en la habitación. La excusa del hotel es que se alojaban peregrinos, cuando esos bichos se crían en los colchones y entre las juntas de las maderas viejas cuando no se fumiga. Puse una hoja de reclamación pero como la reserva la hizo mi empresa no pude tramitarla ante el servicio al consumidor. No vuelvo más.

No hay donde aparcar, aunque dicen lo contrario. Nuestra habitación daba a la plaza y el ruido fue ensordecedor, no se pudo dormir. Almohadas muy antiguas, muy altas y con bultos. En el colchón había hormigas. El desayuno pésimo, pan y sólo otros dos productos de bollería industrial, cafetera estropeada, sin comentario.
