House was clean and welcoming. Host is very helpful and nice. Location was quiet and comfortable parking on site. Close to etna and other sites. Short walk to centre with good cafeterias. Only missing thing was an oven in the premises. Confidently say that I will stay again here.

Property is in dire need of maintenance attention. We had a child with us and although we had booked a room for a family of 3, meaning that the child did also have a right for a cot to sleep in, we were asked for a payment of Euro 10 per night for the cot, during checkout with the receptionist's only answer being that his manager decided so. There are much better accommodation to stay in nearby. We will revisit Sicily but not this hotel.

Pretty nice place, very relaxing but unfortunately I felt cheated. I paid for the PREMIUM SPA program where all the extra discounts and services are rubbish! Non-existent massages and less time than described

Perfect location close to everything where you can then reach the refuges, the slopes and the neighboring towns, super helpful lady and comfortable, nice and clean apartment. I will definitely return. Fantastic view and parking space right under the house.

The resort, in the middle of the Zafferano mountains nestled among the beauties of Etna. Fresh structure and excellently kept in order. The spa is clean and complete with everything you need for relaxation. The food, if you decide to stop, is something incredible, chef Sorbello is the guarantee of this. An experience to be repeated for sure. Ps. The friendliness of the staff is out of the ordinary, the property is present and very operational. We were welcomed by the owner who was always ready to satisfy our every request, a very kind and polite lady, easy-going despite her very important role in the structure. Chef Sorbello (the owner's son) literally made us dream. Very low prices if we consider that we are talking about a 5 star rating (all deserved). We will be back 🫶

Abundant breakfast, both sautéed and sweet, convenient location, a little time to walk up. All in all we were satisfied, the spa was small but we were calm and free, excellent service, receptionists always kind and helpful. the welcome drink was very good. Quiet place to relax. What we didn't like · The outside wasn't very clean, scattered dirt, the greenery was well looked after, but there were problems with the chairs and swing... Furthermore, we had one of the outdoor chairs on the balcony broken, the table wasn't screwed on well and wobbled.. for a 5 star I expected perfection

We were supposed to stay at the Esperia Palace hotel for 4 nights, but we left after 2 nights. The room assigned to us was spacious, with a nice balcony and an equally comfortable bathroom. Unfortunately this is the only positive note; for the rest nothing that could remotely correspond to a 5 star hotel: dirty sinks, dust everywhere, dirty carpet in the corridors; only one pillow per person and extremely uncomfortable; the beds were equally uncomfortable; poorly maintained (not to mention abandoned) outdoor spaces, the large pool with fountain on the terrace adjacent to the hall is out of order and covered with a tarpaulin; bar service practically non-existent so if you want to eat something during the day you have to go to the town (about 900 m away); Less than mediocre buffet breakfast. The receptionists to whom we complained were friendly, but they were not in a position to remedy the situation in any way and the total absence of a manager to turn to was noticeable. Of course we did not receive any refund for the two nights which we did not use and which we had paid for in advance upon arrival.

Excellent experience, I booked one night + breakfast + 90 minutes in the wellness center through SmartBox. Friendly staff and very clean hotel. The only flaw is the spa staff… but otherwise everything is exceptional, especially the breakfast.
