This is a perfect place to stay. Owned and run by a lovely family. The apartment was excellent literally steps from the beach with a fantastic view from the balcony. Everything is provided from beach chairs, beach towels and use of bikes. Perfect!

As soon as we arrived, I wished we were staying more than one night. Marco and his family were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was in the first floor with a terrace overlooking the beach across the streets. beach loungers and umbrellas were provided for free - an unexpected bonus! We rode into town on the provided bikes (free again!) so we wouldn’t have to worry about parking in old town. it was a great ride. The room was also fully stocked with a mini bar. We really appreciated the extra touches. It made our stay truly enjoyable.

We stayed two nights. Primarily to visit the National Park. But it was horrible weather in the mountains so we stayed in town. LOVED Zadar. For sure a 2 day adventure. The apartment was excellent. Marko was such a good host. He had suggestions for us because of the weather which turned out perfect. We had the room on the second floor with the balcony and it was fabulous. Everything we needed. Only negative was a very small shower. We purchased their breakfast one day and it was very family oriented. Decent for the price. Would we go back? Absolutely. Very good accommodation for the price. We booked directly via their website.

We stayed only for 1 night but experienced a warm welcome and great service. Location is amazing, literally steps away from beach (and hotel offers free beach furniture). Super tasty breakfast with a view of immaculate garden. For a nominal fee you can get bikes and ride to town. And on the top of that we enjoyed simple “life” conversations with owners - felt like we visited people we already knew.

Top séjour, l’hôte est aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Appartement climatisé, propre. Positionne idéalement en face de la plage. Transat et parasol fournis, c’est fort apprécié! Place de parking à disposition, bien pratique ! On recommande!

Siamo rimasti 5 notti in una camera doppia del pianoterra e con balcone con vista al mare ed alla vecchia città di Zara. E un bel posto, soprattuto la primavera. Si può parcheggiare davanti alla casa, lungo la strada. La camera non era molto grande, ma non piccola neanche ; adatta per 2 persone per qualche giorno. Qualità dei materassi migliorabile e la pulizia si faceva solo molto superficialmente (ma OK per noi). I dintorni non sono molto interessanti (soprattutto infrastruttura turistica), ma il centro di Zara è a solo 40 minuti di passeggiata lungo il mare. Ci tornerei.

Echange très agréable avec Marko concernant la réservation. Taxi prêt à l'aéroport pour nous conduire à l'hôtel familial pour 20€. Accueil souriant de la famille, qui nous on proposé de prendre un petit déjeuner car nous sommes arrivés très tôt. Très bon petit déjeuner complet sucré / salé. Très beau studio au 2e étage de côté jardin avec vue sur Zadar, la mer. Bien équipé d'une petite cuisine, de bons lits, une salle de bains bien équipée, un canapé, mini bar payant mais pas cher, climatisation, terrasse avec séchoir, table et chaises, store. La plage est à 20m avec galets, prévoir des sandales pour entrer dans la mer. Chaises longues, serviettes, parasol sont mis à disposition tout comme les vélos. Restaurant, bar, épicerie, arrêt bus proche de l'hôtel. La famille est de bons conseils pour les excursions, restaurants..., souriants et prêts à vous aider. La famille parle l'allemand, l'anglais, l'italien et un peu le français. Je recommande sans aucun problème la Villa Ivana.
