Buen servicio en el hotel desde que llegas, muy tranquilo y el desayuno lo preparan al instante y está a 10 minutos del centro de Zacatlán , un hotel rústico y muy acogedor, se los recomiendo para un buen fin de semana. Ponen una cobija extra por si pasas frío.

Es muy bonito, lleno de detalles que hacen del interior un lugar especial y con su propia esencia, los trabajadores son amables, la habitación en la que me hospedé estuvo realmente cómoda y acogedora, es algo mas hogareño si buscas un hotel moderno tal vez no es para ti, sin dudas volvería a hospedarme ahí.

El lugar es muy acojedor, la atención fue muy buena. Lo que pueden mejorar es la limpieza y los detalles , por ejemplo: el internet es muy malo, el lavabo huele muy feo y tiene cabellos (podrían usar bicarbonato con vinagre y agua caliente), el cancel del baño puede estar más limpio, las toallas pueden estar en mejores condiciones, aunque están muy limpias. De pronto las habitaciones guardan olor a humedad.El desayuno es rico, pero si te quedas dos días no es opción porque el menú es el mismo.

Me voy contenta, el lugar es muy bonito, buen servicio, dormí calentita, me encantaron las instalaciones, la limpieza. El desayuno muy rico prueben eo chile con huevo tipo Coayuca y el típico de Zacatlán. Esta muy cercano al paseo de la barranca.
