We really enjoyed the hotel's location and especially the surrounding nature – it's truly breathtaking. We really enjoyed the region overall. Unfortunately, the culinary offerings were disappointing, which is unusual for Uzbekistan, as the country is known for its excellent cuisine. Another negative point: far too many untrained staff – there's a clear lack of leadership here. In our view, this is a management issue. Furthermore, the staff was unprofessional and uncooperative. The breakfast was initially charged at a higher price than stated, but was corrected upon our notification. The room wasn't cleaned in two days, and the towels weren't changed. Conclusion: The region and its natural surroundings are well worth it – but the hotel service clearly has room for improvement.

The hotel staff was friendly. We used taxis, so we asked in passing if they could hire a taxi, but they remembered and asked in the morning. The breakfast was very good. Vegetables, fruits, olives, and cheese that we eat every morning were prepared. Drinks were also prepared so that we could drink them according to our taste, but it was a shame that there was no coffee beans. The fruit was served in bite-size pieces as ordered, which was unique. It seems to be a system that I haven't seen in other hotels~~~ The room was very clean and cozy, and the bathroom system that supports the disabled was particularly outstanding. There were many things to see around the hotel, such as the cable car station is about a 7-minute walk away and the cloud bridge is a 20-minute walk away, so it's a distance that you can take a walk. There was a lot of snow, so we were able to see beautiful snowy scenery, and we were able to stay at a low price, especially using Trip.com's discount. Breakfast was not included, so we had to pay separately, but they asked us to pay 200,000 won per person for breakfast, but when we told them that we had contracted for 150,000 won on Trip.com, they accepted 150,000 won without hesitation.
