We hebben een fantastische week gehad op Le Boisdalon. Hier kom je helemaal tot rust en geniet je van de romantische ontbijtjes en het fantastische eten. Het is echt een aanrader om mee te eten! Het huis, de bewoners, en zijn omgeving zijn geweldig!

Bernd en Lise zijn ontzettend lieve mensen die zeer zorgvuldig je verblijf prettig willen laten ervaren. Gastvrij, hygiënisch en zorgvuldig. Een prachtige kamer met kraakheldere aansluitende badkamer. Over de top ontbijt en het diner was voor ons hoge klasse. Een sterrenrestaurant is vergelijkbaar. Fantastisch om te zien hoe Lise kookt met passie, deskundigheid en ervaring. Geserveerd op het mooiste servies. Bernd zorgt voor de haard en de prettige gesprekken. De omgeving is mooi en rustig.

Une chambre agréable et claire avec un véritable grand lit. Belle piscine dans un grand jardin super entretenu et entouré de vieux arbres. Un petit déjeuner 5 étoiles, tant en ce qui concerne la qualité et diversité des produits, que la présentation faite avec soin et amour. Il est servi au bord de la piscine, sous la belle véranda ou dans la cuisine conviviale. Des propriétaires à la fois extrèmement sympatiques et disponibles mais également discrets aux bons moments, laissant à leurs hôtes le plaisir de savourer le calme et la beauté des lieux. Bref … pas moyen de faire mieux ! Comme dirait le ‘Michelin’ : *** « vaut le voyage ». Merci à Lise et à Bernd de nous avoir gâtés pendant ces trois jours. Un seul regret: invités par des amis locaux tous les soirs, nous n’avons pas eu la chance de goûter à un dîner de Lise … raison de plus pour revenir !

Un hâvre de paix, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires de cette belle demeure, une cuisine gastronomique parfaite, un service chaque jour différent et avec une très belle présentation au bord de la piscine ou sous le préau. La chambre avec un lit King size et la salle de bains grand confort. Tout à été parfait pendant notre séjour. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter
