史上最離譜的酒店經歷！人到了，管家不在入住不了，零下幾度山裡的天氣，長者小孩等了三四十分鐘沒有人管，電話要麼打不通要麼説休假了，訂了三間房，開始有間房間水又不能用，木屋走台階，上去下來上去下來拎着行李跑來跑去沒人管，酒店沒有吃的，也沒有提前説，到了之後得自己找農莊，酒店加床被子還要另外收費，零下幾度，就一床超薄被子，更離譜的是半夜空調自動停了，長者孩子被凍醒，和酒店反映了也沒有任何道歉或問候，這是來找服務的還是來找罪受的？對了，還沒紙巾和牙刷，半夜睡前發現沒有也不好大半夜冷颼颼把管家叫醒，忍了……客觀説硬件還是可以的，房間很大，就是服務太差太離譜，做服務沒有人味，冬天真不應該凱挑戰自己的耐凍性和忍耐力！
