經常入住此酒店，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，環境優雅，服務態度熱情周到。有大型停車場，停車非常方便。早上還配備有早餐，水暖空調。最主要的是能看大屏幕電影，院線大片盡情看。感覺不錯，推薦一下！👍👍👍

一個酒店如果天天沒有瑣事，沒有受到顧客或者各方的評價反饋，那麼他會忘本的，它會忘了它是個服務行業。在這個酒店住了三年了，從來都是好評，今天是第一次差評，毫不誇張的説，我是花了兩三個w寫的這個差評。近一年來發現越來越沒有服務了，其實我們顧客並沒有要求什麼繁瑣的服務，而是作為酒店最基本的服務，對顧客説話的態度，對於顧客反饋的事情進展，就比如説我跟你某個工作人員諮詢事情你説話特別不客氣，或者愛答不理。就比如顧客像酒店反饋房間有什麼故障，或者設施有什麼問題，得不到反饋，得不到重視，沒有及時跟進處理，我不知道這是管理層指揮不動還是説工作人員沒有執行力。還有很多，算了，也不想説了，在這酒店睡最後一天。在這酒店花幾個w也挺有感情了，多少個前台服務人員新老交替都是我看着的，打心底裏有點兒恨鐵不成鋼了。

我是清晨4點左右入住的，空調噪音很大，很久才入睡，中午臨走退房時發現室內地板上有頭髮和煙頭，退房時是中午1:25分，到前台強行扣40元超時費，不能提供收費依據，酒店醒目位置也沒有明顯提示超時要收取20元超時費，明顯不合理。
前台服務員説是老闆定的，純屬霸王收費，禹州其他酒店都是下午2:00退房，個人認為極不合理，不能接受，因為交的的是按金，説若不結賬電腦會一直扣錢，我衹能先要票據結賬再向攜程平台反應情況，打印出來的小票與實際的單價也不相符。
在沒有明顯提醒的狀態下強扣超時費的行為極不合理………

女前台太性百，連訂兩個晚上 第一個晚上挨着電梯很吵 沒睡好，所以第二天就訂了高級大床房 但是我退房的時候卻讓我補差價10元 不補不讓走 直接在攜程訂的房間為什麼讓我補差價 前台的解釋是上一個前台未結賬 賬目對不上 自己工作失誤 卻讓客人去承擔責任。換房間的時候東西拉房間裏面了 退房的時候沒人管 推來推去的 一點都不負責任 ，房間床單毛巾 床上的床巾臟的就像破抹布一樣。凳子臟的沒辦法坐。衞生真的是不可入目。 從21年我就開始住 每次都會住一個多星期 甚至半個月 這次太讓我失望了 以後不來了
