房間整體裝修挺好的，入住辦理迅速前台小姐姐很漂亮服務周到態度很好，房間設施齊全，客房阿姨也很好，有早餐但是沒有起得來，退房也很方便。

連鎖酒店以為會很乾凈，到房間以後馬桶上邊兒有尿漬，前台給換了房間以後，房間衞生還是很臟，還有酒味兒，前台服務差勁兒的很，明明是自己房間衞生不達標還帶着不耐煩的表情，也不知道這好評是不是刷出來的

情人節當天去的，直接開車到負一樓停車場🅿️，再上一樓大廳登記，旁邊一羣喝多了酒的男人在沙發坐着，一股難聞的氣味。
登記前台衹有一個人，辦理入住要辦十分鐘？按金要三百，我定的休閑帶浴缸的方才要兩百，按金比房間還貴？禹州很多地方都免按金的，最多也就收一百。
登記的時候前台多次提醒1樓到3樓是KTV，會很吵
進房間，反鎖鏈是壞的，沙發上很多白色痕跡清理不掉的那種，是什麼，大家應該都知道。
沒有涼拖鞋，怎麼洗澡，光腳淋浴？
沒看到浴缸套，打電話説收費五元，説浴缸是擺設，不用浴缸套也可以泡澡。不提前説明就是隱形消費，你可以在訂房平台説明浴缸套需要額外收費，你看還有人定嗎？
浴缸在洗手池旁邊在客廳，衞生間和淋浴是獨立的，整個房間除了穿衹有國道了，奇葩的是三個地方衹有一個地漏，浴缸旁邊是不是應該有個地漏呢？濺出來的水怎麼搞？正好對應了前台説的浴缸是擺設。泡個澡兩雙一次性布鞋都濕透了。
還有隔音效果太差勁了 KTV蹦迪的聲音太大了 晚上吵醒好幾次。

酒店乾淨衞生，房間大，服務態度好，還是智能房間，智能馬桶，智能窗簾，唯一稍微有點遺憾，樓下是KTV，上半夜還是有點聲音的，不過後半夜好很多。
客服怕我覺得吵，還主動幫我做了升級，為他們點贊👍

新開的酒店，設施很新，在禹州應該是屬前列的。
服務一般，點的外賣在機器人裏放了20分鐘，沒有送，打電話問了外賣小哥才知道已經放到前台了。
酒店裡有KTV，電梯裏隨時可以碰見喝醉的客人，電梯裏吐痰，抽煙，關鍵是夜裡12點左右KTV蹦迪音樂聲音太大，睡著了給振醒了，打電話給前台，解釋説是兩個老闆的，儘量協調，啥用沒有！半夢半醒到天亮，
第一次給差評，必須給！

第一次去禹州在網上搜到的這家酒店，酒店跟KTV是在一起的，樓下KTV樓上是酒店，前台告知低樓層會比較吵，加錢換到了樓上的，房間性價比還是比較高的。

前台工作人員不負責任，沒有對辦理入住人進行核驗，直接給予客户房卡入住，導致登記入住出錯，前台人員態度及其惡劣，蠻不講理，推諉責任，對前台人員服務態度差評！希望能夠加強服務意識培訓，提升客户接待水平！
