隔音很差，隔壁房間隨便一點小響動都能聽見，晚上快4點了，吵的根本睡不着，被迫換了房間，換過去的房間床上有頭髮，而且門鎖是壞的，衞生一般，衹能説不在意這些的可以選擇，還有就是不知道是不是天氣的原因，換過去的房間很潮，而且我們訂的大床房比雙床房貴，結果晚上換房間給我們換的雙床房，反向升級，有點離譜，不過服務員態度很好，就是這個處理方式實在不滿意，不知道退房時間幾點，但是給我們延遲到了下午1點50這點值得點贊

洗手間天花板都是破的 被泡濕了 水管生銹 熱水也沒有 隔音也不好 房間抽屜打開都有上一人住户留的垃圾打掃不乾淨

基礎設施還可以，優選大床房沒有窗户，沒有空調，沒有空調，沒有空調，衹給了一個風扇，聲音巨大，晚上根本不能開着睡覺，房間換氣也是壞的，夏天在裏面又悶又熱，把浴巾弄上奶茶了，還要賠付清洗費，（要是油就得全價賠償，一條浴巾69元），就是這樣
