衞生還可以，在接受範圍內。因為臨近馬路，偶爾會有車輛來往的聲音，但到晚上基本就沒有了。設施沒有問題，熱水器什麼都也能正常使用，浴室空間也很大，可以洗浴。老闆服務態度很好，到蘭環資本人親測步行大致25—45分鐘（看個人狀態），有一説一蘭環資那個大坡是真的累。
