提前在攜程訂的，要求都提前備註了。攜程顯示是要求已經全部反饋給商家了。商家也沒有電話聯繫，最後反饋房間有煙味，回覆是衹剩最後一間房了，無法更換。淋浴間的置物架是壞的，洗手池水龍頭一直滴滴答答的，關不緊。所以，個人覺得商家有問題，預訂完全沒有意義。同樣，攜程也是沒有起到監督作用，客户提前預訂目的是什麼？你們收了錢，辦了什麼事？

房間衞生不好，護髮素的蓋子不見了，也不敢用，熱水也不是很熱。馬桶上還有污漬，讓人心理不適。沒有空調的房間可以考慮準備一點多餘的被子，蘭州還是比較冷的，想要被子沒有了。

房間裏空調一直沒有裝好，比較悶熱，而且外賣無法上樓，需要住户自己下樓去拿，十分麻煩。
