Nice food but none of the wait staff is wearing mask properly. I don't want your gems on my food. Similarly the guy who came up to our room . Every time I stepped away he moved closer. These people need to learn to respect other people don't want to get covid.

Disgusting service. It is impossible to sleep at night, the music is blaring throughout the entire “hotel”, there is zero sound insulation. The room smells like sewage. Moreover, there is very little water in the room, two bottles, and if you want more, you have to pay. And as a bonus, the breakfast is not pleasant.

Disgusting attitude of the receptionist named Evgenia! For the request to look at the documents that the administrators from the club were supposed to bring, they received so many insults. That we got drunk so that they wouldn’t call or come anymore. The person has never seen us, and we have never seen her. She was actually rude to a person who just went to get documents. Or she has antipathy towards foreign citizens. When we have time, we will definitely come and sort it out on the spot. Who was drunk, who can be called and who can’t come to the hotel.

disgusting service, the reception does not respond to guests' requests. Wild audibility in the rooms. The room smelled like some kind of fish. They don't provide water, the rooms are poorly cleaned. The renovations in the rooms are so-so, apparently they saved a lot, but every year it gets worse!

Stayed at the hotel for my niece's wedding. Very pleasant atmosphere, a great park nearby, the center within minutes. I am especially grateful to Elvira, the employee at the reception, who offered recommendations for a beauty salon. The hotel has freezers! Otherwise, I was afraid to bring Korean burdock, number and seafood.

It's a solid three! This hotel has excellent reception staff, the rest requires urgent adjustments. The breakfast is disgusting, the beds are not comfortable, the air conditioning system is bad. But we must note the excellent location; access to the park area is clearly a big plus!

The hotel does not live up to its star rating. And in general it does not correspond to anything stated. Very tired rooms. Dirty walls, peeling wallpaper, old plumbing, dirty floors. The smell of old age. Air conditioning doesn't work at all. During the day the room heats up to 30 degrees, the windows do not open, only small vents. Some kind of aquarium effect. The service is generally good. Breakfasts: the appearance of variety has been created, but stale fish, moldy vegetables and wasted cuts practically make it impossible to eat normally. Breakfast is an exceptional convention.

The hallways smell like paint. The elevator is always busy. Breakfast is very mediocre. The reception staff is not very friendly. Early check-in is subject to additional payment only. On the plus side, the hotel has a wonderful, very tasty restaurant, Bamboo, on the 10th floor, which I recommend visiting. Very bad washing products - both shampoo and gels. Everyone take yours.

Лучший отель, в котором мы когда либо отдыхали. Не подозревали даже если честно, что на Сахалине у нас будут такие шикарные условия проживания. Тут тебе и спа и фитнес центр и даже клуб есть для ночных тусовок. Лично мы наверное половину времени нахождения в отеле провели на спа процедурах, давненько так не отдыхали конечно)) А кухня здесь это вообще отдельная история, она в целом на Сахалине очень нас порадовала, а отель лишь подтвердил наши ожидания, невероятно вкусно и разнообразно.

Отель, в который хочется возвращаться по многим причинам. В первую очередь на что мы обратили внимание это уровень сервиса, значимость которого в последнее время во многих места недооценивают. Здесь же люди знают как правильно обращаться со своими гостями, весьма вежливо и уважительно относятся, любые возникающие вопросы решают быстро и четко. Сам же номер, в котором мы проживали, соответствовал ожиданиям, который у нас появились посмотрев фотки и пообщавшись с администратором по телефону.

Приятный и уютный отель с прекрасным просто расположением! Собственно изначально по этому параметру и выбирал отель, с живописным видом каким нибудь в красивом месте) Стоимость номера вполне адекватная и доступная, удобства есть необходимые!

Отель в котором не работает кондиционер. Нет напора воды. Матрац на котором зачали не одно поколение россиян. На ресепшене работают безответственные работники. Не рекомендую останавливаться тут. Все очень уставшее. В номере Люкс, хочешь грязно и не комфортно.

Самый омерзительный отель в котором мне доводилось бывать Начиная от того что в этом отеле не способны сделать нормальную уборку, подать еду в номер, решить вопрос с кондиционером, собственно, я не знаю ни одного вопроса который в этом отеле был бы решен нормально.
