There were many bedbugs. Since it was night, we asked them to change our futon, but the problem occurred again, so we asked them to change our room, but we had to move all our luggage ourselves, which was very difficult since we had a small child. . The quality of the food has gone down significantly over the past two or three years. I'm very disappointed because I've been coming here for over 10 years, even before I married my husband.

Accommodation with hot spring open-air bath for less than 20,000 yen. It probably would have been crowded if it was the on-season, but unfortunately it was the off-season. I was disappointed that the detached open-air bath and history museum❓ that I was looking forward to were closed. Maybe it's aimed at skiers. You put your shoes in your own locker and lock it, so that's kind of weird lol I guess I was expecting too much since it's a historical hot spring inn. Inn version of a business hotel ❓ I had the impression that it was worth the price, or that they were trying their best. Unfortunately, almost everything in Yuzawa was closed during the off-season, so I couldn't enjoy it at all.
