The location is very good with the view and indulgent eyes, which makes me more comfortable is the provision of shuttle buses from Enchigo Yuzawa station to the hotel with a clear timetable. Just need to be given more time to check out until 11.00, considering the location is far from the city.

Good service

There was a free shuttle bus between the station and the hotel, which was very convenient. You could also take the shuttle bus to the nearby Alp Village. However, it only runs once an hour or once every two hours, which can be inconvenient. The bath had a variety of shampoos, rinses, and body soaps to choose from, which was nice.

The room is big and there is a shop downstairs. There was a staff member who spoke Cantonese who helped us a lot, thank you very much🙏 Nothing to fault except that breakfast was too early.

I booked the Angel Grandia Aignacaziato Hotel on short notice. Although the room was a bit shabby, it was clean and large. After all, it was in a remote place, not as small as a big city. The hotel facilities were complete, and the washing machine was very convenient. The hot spring was also good.

The facilities were good and the hot springs were nice. However, the transportation is very inconvenient. If you want to go from Echigo Nakazato to Echigo Yuzawa before 9am, you are forced to take a taxi, but it is a rural area where there are no taxis to be found. Just be careful of this point.

Stayed here for a trip around Yuzawa. The room felt used, but there were no problems with our stay! The hotel is very detailed. There were many things I thought were structures installed through a lot of trial and error, such as the movement lines and the trash cans inside the hotel. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good for the price. I also liked the large bath. Main public bath? I guess we should call it open-air. It seemed like this place was under construction, but I remember it would reopen around the fall season.

I was surprised at how many options there were for breakfast. The large communal bath in the annex was also nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and clean. I'd like to go back in the winter for skiing next time.

This place is very suitable for adults and children to play together. I really like the big bathhouse inside. It is really great to go outside and take a bath while watching the snow! If you don’t have enough food, you have to go to Echigo-Yuzawa to eat or take away. The hotel only has Family Mart but is only open until 23:00. The hotel is 15-20 minutes away from Yuzawa. There is a shuttle bus that goes directly to the hotel. very convenient.
