Very good service and nice hot spring. Location good.

雰囲気も良く、建物や施設の見た目も古過ぎず趣がある。駅まで近いのでお土産を買ったり食事にも出かけやすい。お風呂は中湯と露天風呂が一つずつあり快適であった。

The atmosphere is good, and the buildings and facilities are not too old and have a nice atmosphere. It is close to the station, so it is easy to buy souvenirs and go out for meals. There is one medium-sized bath and one open-air bath, which was comfortable.

A very nice Japanese-style hot spring hotel, very close to the JR station, and very convenient to various restaurants. They also helped us introduce ski rentals that are very cost-effective and can be picked up and dropped off every day. If you are good at skiing, you can enjoy hot spring baths every day, 24 hours a day. Well, I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Niigata for skiing.

The hot springs were nice, and the breakfast was good too. Dinner is not provided at the inn, so you have to go out, but it is best to make a reservation at a nearby place at least one day in advance.

For snowboarding, use a plan with a Japanese room with a toilet without a bath for one night. After check-in, I guided me to my room with my luggage. The room is clean and no problem. The humid air cleaner that I requested was also set. The bath was very comfortable with the comfortable temperature of the inner hot water and the open air. I entered four times, but three of them were rental ‼ especially in the morning. It was crowded and not troublesome once in the evening. Breakfast was served at the dining hall with Japanese meals. You can specify the time when you check in. I think there is a problem of taste, but it fits our mouth, and it is said that rice (it is said that it is Koshihikari from uonuma) is delicious, and it is a mountain from the morning, and it is replaced. When I asked if I could buy rice somewhere because the rice was delicious at check-out, I bought it because it was sold in the inn. It was cheaper than buying it at a souvenir shop. After checking out, there was no way to put a car around Yuzawa station to buy souvenirs. I would like to take care of you next season.

The location is not bad. If the weather is good or there is no snow on the road, you can walk from Echigo Yuzawa Station in about ten minutes, but if it is snowy or the road conditions are bad, it is recommended to call directly. I don't know if the hotel has a pick-up service, plus my mobile phone can't be used in Japan, so I didn't ask.
It was supposed to check in at three in the afternoon, thank the hotel for letting me check in early. But I don’t know if it’s because noon is not part of working hours, the front desk is often empty, and occasional attitudes are not good. In addition, it is still difficult to communicate in English. If possible, it is best to wear translation tools.
The hotel should have a ski shuttle service, and it can also help you contact a ski rental shop to pick you up and rent your skis. The service of the ski shop is very good, and the transportation to and from the ski resort and even the jr station is covered.
Except for the front desk, everything else is very good, clean, breakfast and dinner are delicious, and the hot springs are also good.
