Very nice view and japanese tatami style. Heavy snow and staff is very helpful to send us to station at free. Very good experience.

I do travel Japan quite often and this is one of the worst ever. The room itself is okay but service was absolutely a disaster. You can tell the staff do not care at all from check-in to departure. Did not mention where to have breakfast, did not help for luggage, did not guide you the way to the room nor telling you where the shower is. Figured out everything by myself. If you look for a standard night sure but be ready that no one is gonna help you. 100% not Japanese hospitality!

It is about 900 meters away from Yuzawa Eki Station and can be reached on foot. You can also contact the hotel for free pick-up and drop-off. The historical Japanese-style hotel is very unique. It happened to be snowing heavily in the early morning and soaking in the open-air hot spring was very special. The breakfast was very rich and I was happy to have such a good meal. Delicious Japanese breakfast!

The staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious. The room was a little cold, but there were plenty of blankets, so it wasn't too uncomfortable. If you like a simple atmosphere with a sentimental interior, I recommend it!

Great Japanese-style room, and there is a 24-hour hot spring for bathing. It is not a problem to take a bath in the middle of the night or get up early. It is also within walking distance from Echigo-Yuzawa Station, which is great!

The atmosphere is good, and the buildings and facilities are not too old and have a nice atmosphere. It is close to the station, so it is easy to buy souvenirs and go out for meals. There is one medium-sized bath and one open-air bath, which was comfortable.

A very nice Japanese-style hot spring hotel, very close to the JR station, and very convenient to various restaurants. They also helped us introduce ski rentals that are very cost-effective and can be picked up and dropped off every day. If you are good at skiing, you can enjoy hot spring baths every day, 24 hours a day. Well, I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Niigata for skiing.

The hot springs were nice, and the breakfast was good too. Dinner is not provided at the inn, so you have to go out, but it is best to make a reservation at a nearby place at least one day in advance.

The landlady is very kind, can communicate in English fluently, and will enthusiastically provide pick-up services.
