設施：電腦配置還行，鍵盤鍵盤鍵盤，該換了，按鍵有點卡頓
衞生：大廳一大股煙味，房間還好。床有點……還是認真玩兒遊戲吧，床不重要
環境：周圍環境沒得説，都是吃的喝的，交通也便利，房間環境嘛，這個價格了可以了

來住了一年多了 有消費記錄並且之前都是默認好評 這次連住三天自從充值後態度明顯特別差 1.先是讓打掃結果晚上回來被子都沒疊 2.我們先付了按金 然後又充值 消費的零食扣了卡餘額我們表示疑問 因為一般都是扣按金 我問昨天有餘額三百多那為啥昨天按金還要扣我 就説不出話了 並且態度差前台直接把身份證扔到地上（監控都看得到扔身份證 ） 圖1是讓打掃沒掃 圖2是問餘額態度吃了火葯一樣 反正住了一年多因為這次前台人員服務徹底不想來了 圖三是以往訂單記錄 自己也是餘姚人經常跟朋友去電競酒店娛樂
圖4是完全沒喝過海太飲料 其他的確喝過的 結果扣了費用
