An amazing hotel. They really took care of us right from the checkin. Rooms were so luxurious. Absolutely fabulous hotel. Breakfast spread was so good. I could eat everything. All the staff spoke good english. I did not expect this from a small city in China. All 5stars to this 5star hotel.

I’ve stayed in the Grand Pacific a few times over the years. Great service (though wanting to carry my laptop bag is over the top), excellent breakfast (Chinese and western), the pool is good, the gym okay but equipment dated. Best hotel in Yuyao for foreign visitors if you can’t speak any Chinese.

All staff at the hotel are pleasant, friendly and very helpful. I especially like to mention Judy Zhu 朱萍， she was so helpful to me, and treated me like old friend. I felt I was like a VIP and can ask her anything for help Will stay this hotel again when I return to this area, and will recommend my friends to choose this hotel when they go to Yuyao
