帶着媽媽去四明山的春天跑山，想着第一天到達樑弄，在鎮上休整和補給，就選擇在鎮上的民宿湊合一晚。看中花築的品牌，沒有期待，當然也大概率不會出錯。
設施：應該是舊民宿入盟花築重新裝修了，設施都挺新的。
衞生：布草算是符合花築的水準，衞生打掃得也算乾淨。
服務：一對老夫妻在打理，服務意識一般，成本控制意識很強烈。大廳和公區晚上基本不開燈，很暗。飲用水就小小兩支，預判到要水會費勁兒，就自己在鎮上買了。衞生紙也小小一卷，我媽去多要，貌似確實被叨叨了。。。

房間整體很乾凈，設施很新。就是房間有點小，特別是廁所，地巾都有點鋪不開。定的是家庭房，以為是個套間，沒想到是兩個獨立的房間（有單獨的刷卡的門），然後中間加一個有桌子的小間，不過有摺疊門可以和外面隔開來。外面的鄰居大概七點多就開始裝修了，要是有睡懶覺的建議選朝南邊的房間，應該會好點

直接説住房體驗就一個差評。1.服務跟衞生，床品都不錯。
2.但是隔音也太差了，大早上邊上裝修啥的這個可能店家不可控的因素先不説，一大早6點水泵就開始發出很響的聲音，隔音也不行，走廊説話房間裏聽的一清二楚。作為一個平常300-400/週末400-500的民宿這樣的一個條件讓人覺得不值，完全睡不好。旁邊開元也就貴個100多塊錢。老闆倒是挺實誠，也就直接説院子不夠大，要是院子夠大把水泵放遠點就會好很多，條件不允許，我呵呵一笑。
早上早飯除了粥都是冷透的，明明知道客人不可能同一時間起床為啥不搞個保温設備，都這個價格了這種早餐體驗讓人很不爽
