國慶長假難得清靜美好的度假之地 門前有一顆碩大的柿子樹 晚上有露天電影和篝火煙花 氛圍很好 前台都是年輕的妹子 有求必應服務態度好 特別是半夜我兒子突發腹痛 不得已電話吵醒前台 春春立馬送來了熱水袋暖寶寶和一床被子 並提供了山裡衞生院的地址 真是不好意思 整個環境和服務讓人很放鬆 自然而然和環境融為一體的鬆弛感

這個民宿確實不錯，Lost Villa英文名洋氣，外觀蠻符合這個調調。服務態度很好，管家很早就聯繫客人了。酒店房間是偏東方位，早起看日出位置絕佳。説完優點再提一些建議，有些是民宿的通病：第一，無論外觀設計再有新意，客人行走安全最重要，室外房屋通道階梯左右高低不一，無扶手；第二，房間衞生間與卧室不是硬隔離，容易造成異味瀰漫房間；第三，早餐很好，但預訂餐食的份量應適當減少些，品種可多一些，價格再便宜些。

很滿意的一次入住，離丹山赤水很近。名宿設施齊全，設計簡約。因為在四明山上，從山下要開一個小時，周邊沒有什麼可逛的地方，缺少點趣味性，但空氣是真的好😊管家春春服務很熱情，下次還會考慮入住

1480的房價 暫且不説貴或者便宜 也不説臨時漲了一倍 就説以下幾點 這個所謂的設計酒店實在很不友好
1、所謂設計 屋頂挑高 然後沒了 所謂温泉 熱水的大游泳池 其他公共設施 有 但無人管理 引導 也無人整理打掃 連門口的石子路都是垃圾和嘔吐物 就算是夏天的設施 那至少保持整潔
2、告訴我們晚上有篝火晚會 嗯 很好 結果 就在我們房間門口 吵死鬧死薰死 因為有煙 因為有客人帶了很多煙花 結束之後很久都有火葯味 煙味 那麼多房間 就給我們這間 那麼多地方 就放我們門口
3、早飯 咖啡品質和味道就不説了 每個人喜好不同 列舉下品種 肉包子 蒸餃 小燒賣 紅糖饅頭 玉米 油條 春捲 水果 粥 麪條 餛飩 很好 都是主食 主打一個吃飽 不説1480 就是作為一個均價七八百的酒店 嗯 很豐盛
服務態度很好 可惜 不足以掩蓋缺點
總之 很不滿意

提前店家建了一個羣
而後到達那天
管家佳佳出來幫忙拿行李 帶我們去了房間
因為當天是小朋友生日 還有氣球佈置 晚餐還贈送了長壽麪
睡前的篝火晚會 小朋友對於烤番薯烤玉米覺得很新鮮
晚上山上有點冷 冬天來的話還是要多穿點衣服
別忘了帶泳衣 可以泡温泉~

環境優美，管家貼心。我們剛到時下着雨，正想如何拿行李時，賓館的小姐姐已打傘出現在我們車前，並幫忙把我們行李送到房間，太暖心了。這幾天大家玩的很開心，因疫情關係，原定一間房要退，預訂的餐飲也要修改，千千管家都細心幫我們做了調整，減少損失；今天又提醒我們四明湖遊覽正當時，讓我們看到了美麗的四明湖水杉，謝謝千千管家，謝謝大樂之野.谷舍（餘姚店）全體工作人員！
