I have never seen a hotel with worse hygiene and service than this hotel at the same price. It is totally unworthy of this price. 1. The toothpaste used by the previous customer is left for the next customer. 2. The toilet trash can still retains the cigarette butts left by the previous customer. 3. My colleagues who stayed with me (staying in different rooms on the same floor) had itchy skin on their bodies when they rested at night, and my colleagues had allergic rashes on their bodies. When checking out, I reported the poor hygiene to the front desk. The female waiter at the front desk was quite sincere and understood the situation immediately, but the attitude and way of the male staff who handled the matter later were terrible. They did not take the customer's feedback seriously and said that this situation would not exist in Atour. They said it was a guest problem in disguise and asked him to adjust the surveillance, but hid outside the lobby door. Ignoring it, the guest called the police and the Yuyao Industrial and Commercial Bureau on the spot. All of the above shows that the Atour Hotel in Yuyao did not take the customer's demands seriously at all, but shifted the blame in disguise. This kind of hotel is not suitable for serving customers at all, and the price is not in line with its own hygiene and service.
