1. 前台工作人員態度很好，幫我延遲了一個小時退房。
2. 房間隔音不好。訂房間為了午休，每天中午十二點多到一點多保潔開始打掃，發出聲音巨大，不限於桌椅拖拉聲、掃把碰到牆的聲音，因為隔音效果不好，也沒多説。
3.保潔態度極差。最後一天十二點多在午休，保潔就開始敲門催我退房，説什麼退房時間到了。明明前台已經幫我延遲了一個小時到下午兩點，十二點多開始敲門打擾休息催退房。打掃聲音巨大，我讓她聲音小點，她第一反應就是她在打掃沒辦法避免，還説她沒説話。

房間衞生打掃的不是很乾凈，勉強可以住下。這家酒店3樓以上客房基本沒水洗澡，前台服務員的回答是因為樓層高所以水壓不夠。服務也一般般！

房間勉強能住，但性價比實在不高。設施陳舊，空調噪音大，衞生間還有異味。床單有污漬，毛巾也很粗糙。前台服務態度一般，除了位置便利，其他方面都不太滿意。
