🔸服務：禮貌專業，房內補充物品能馬上送到，歡迎水果不錯。
🔹設施: 入住的幾天天氣炎熱，製冷空調不能全天候開啟，酒店方作了相應説明，採取了相關的降温手段。行政房面積大，套房設計風格，大尺寸雙電視，前台和房間內都有免費🆓旅遊訊息資料。
🍚餐飲: 自助早餐比較豐富，品類較多。

我不太喜歡點評
但昨天晚上那個前台（男的），通話時間（23:43）
對客態度極差，這不是一個地標酒店應該有的服務水平和態度
首先損害了我的面子，這是我給朋友預訂的酒店
其次損害了酒店的形象，語氣極其惡劣
再次損害了紅塔這一地標，叫外地來的朋友怎麼看

酒店屬於玉溪市top級別 地標建築了，市中心下樓就是聶耳公園和博物館，步行就能到小廟街。前台小姐姐給升級了房間，面向聶耳公園和後山是兩種不一樣的體驗。房間整體很乾凈，床品舒適，有配備4瓶礦泉水和水果，早餐豐富，國慶期間贈送的鱔魚米線和過橋米線也很好吃。整體屬於玉溪住宿首選。

位置好，環境優美，交通便利，窗外就是聶耳公園，夜景還可以。免費升級了房間，乾淨衞生，寬敞舒適，用品齊全，床品很舒服，給孩子的衞浴用品沒有了，前台解釋國慶人太多了。設施完備，健身房。早餐品類豐富，11.00～21.00還有米線，總體好評，會推薦。

很滿意的一次住宿體驗，前台的小夏、小陽、小董、小茜幾個美女非常熱情周到，知道有長者家還特別幫我們升高了樓層的安靜房間。
酒店温馨舒適，停車方便，位置絕佳，早餐也非常好，吃到了特色的鱔魚米粉。下次有機會還會再來！
