Very nice hot spring hotel with very friendly and helpful staff in quiet location in the hills slightly outside of Yuxi.
Rooms are quite modern, clean and well maintained.
Buffet for breakfast is Chinese but very tasty with a lot of choices. Hotspring is directly near the hotel with a huge area of different pools - quite suitable for children as well.

Hygiene: Not bad, the room is quite clean, there are no water stains on the glass and mirror, which is a plus~
Facilities: It should be a relatively new hotel with complete facilities, especially the pool and bathing area in the room are very conveniently connected. It’s just that in the morning, light will penetrate through the window of the room and affect your sleep. It is recommended to bring your own eye mask.
Environment: Overall, it’s pretty good. There are many outdoor pools, but not all of them have water.
Breakfast: Buffet breakfast with rich dishes.

由於是一樓，被褥略為潮濕，關閉門窗入睡有些悶。前廳、客房服務很熱情，對客人提出的訴求響應迅速。由於酒店二期施工趕工程進度，對環境的靜謐略有影響，但是酒店銷售和相關部門認真負責，儘量把不足降到最低。為酒店認真負責、盡心盡職的各部門員工點贊👍。

酒店房間很大，也很乾凈。房間內泡池獨立隔斷，可以有效控制室温。
早餐總體來説種類不算太多，但勝在較為精緻，中西品類該有的都有。
最令人驚喜的是水療中心的各種泡池，兩個游泳池水都是温的，據説都是地熱水，冬天也是熱的。

之前看了評論 説他們什麼服務不好 扯淡 我覺得挺好 完全是誤導消費者 地方大 設備很齊而且！很乾凈！我覺得比某些老牌的很拽的温泉酒店好太多了 體驗很好 房間合理 水療中心設計的很高級 園林很用心 還有小松鼠 在這裏也特別感謝幫我們佈置房間的工作人員 辛苦了

環境很安靜，酒店設施乾淨而且特別齊全，親子套房孩子的洗護用品是一個整套未拆封，乾淨。房間空間大，還包含一個很大的泡池。送三人温泉票和早餐。晚上很安靜，房間隔音很好。早餐品質也很好，清真的，旁邊還有小童樂園。入住體驗非常好，酒店人員服務態度也很好，泡了兩次温泉，還有汗蒸其他項目。泡池很多，都各有特色，以後還會來。

住過很多酒店，這家真是絕了，空調居然用不了，這樣的天氣居然衹能制熱，在房間裏沒有對流的空氣，被悶的不行，那不是製冷制熱的問題，是簡直是沒法呼吸，反覆問了工作人員的回覆是因為中央空調，如果需要製冷那一整層樓都會製冷，空調温度不可調節的麼，為什麼要限制權限，空調衹是擺設，顯示無冷熱選擇權，到7、8月份真不知要怎麼住

第一次來住半山酒店，酒店的裝潢很漂亮，房間的設施很新 也很智能，浴袍穿着很舒服，泡過温泉後美美的睡了一覺。晚上要了紅酒杯開瓶器火柴等物品，都是很快的送過來，服務很好。是會再來住的酒店。
