酒店位於澄江陽光海岸旁山坡上村子改造的一小排新樓的最高處一幢，走路到沙灘大概10分鐘兩百米的樣子，基本每一棟都是類似的酒店，因樓間距相對較窄，坡勢較緩，不能從正面直接看到湖景，站在高層的窗口可以從斜角方向遠遠的眺望到一點湖景。衞生打掃比較乾淨，熱水的水量也還可以，晚上也比較安靜。缺點是無電梯，標間的房間塞三個床顯得很侷促，躺在床上可以一伸手摸到另外一個床，淋浴位置擠着柱子不太方便。床是特別硬的鋼絲床，墊褥比較薄，和睡木板床差別不大，早上起來腰痠背痛。

地理位置不太好，我在攜程上定的房間，居然嫌wo在攜程上定的房間太便宜了額外收我開空調的費用，他們自己訂的價格居然嫌我給的少，有本事把攜程上的價格抬上來啊。
