Parking is more convenient, the breakfast is richer, the rooms are clean, the beds are more comfortable, and there are fewer places to eat around, but the service at the front desk is really not good, rather rigid and reckless!

衞生很乾凈。就是床不是軟床。 可能是這個房型價錢挺便宜的， 空間也比較大。 所以這個價位就衹能是這種配置了。

前前後後在宏盛酒店住了至少十多次了吧，每次在玉溪住酒店首選都選擇宏盛，但是經過這次的事情以後非必要肯定不會再住了。因為之前好多次住宏盛都沒開車，最近兩次入住的時候開車停在停車場內，都不知道需要在辦理入住時候錄入車牌號。一是進入停車場後，沒有人提醒也沒有相應的標識告知我入住停車需要錄入車牌號，二是在酒店前台辦理入住後也沒有人問我是否開車，或者提醒我停車需要錄入車牌。那我請問，在沒有標識告知，也沒有人提醒的情況下，我住其他酒店也沒遇到類似停車要錄入車牌的情況，我怎麼會知道停車需要錄入車牌這件事情呢？在我開車出酒店的時候，保安以一種質問、責備且不友善的口吻來教育我沒有錄入車牌號，作為顧客的我憑什麼受這份氣？如果保安需要核實我是否住酒店，那也應該通過電話或者對講機向前台核對。

酒店非常好！地理位置好，停車特別方便。房間寬敞乾淨整潔，所有設備都很齊全，收費物品明碼標價。早餐很豐富好吃，所有工作人員的服務態度非常好，最後還送了小的伴手禮，入住體驗非常好！物美價廉性價比極高！五星好評！如果以後還來玉溪一定會再次入住！

位置比較方便，有自己的停車場，房間設施比較新，前台服務站態度好，打電話諮詢很耐心。客房服務員一般，態度比較生硬，想多要兩瓶水也不大情願。早餐怎麼説呢，8:50去就幾乎什麼也沒有了，讓添加也不積極非常慢，最後勉強吃了點。
