這個酒店必須差評，預訂前半個多月就打電話向前台諮詢，前台就撒謊忽悠讓我們訂大床房，説標間沒有室外泡池，等我們到店後發現標間是有户外泡池的，而且我也説過要安靜的房間，結果還是給安排在吵鬧的布草間對面，於是就請前台協調換成標間，非擔不換還態度惡劣，還讓我們找攜程退房不用住了，這種公然驅趕客人的酒店真是前所未見，打酒店投訴電話也一直無人接聽，才明白監管不利才造成有這種囂張惡劣的服務人員，這種酒店像這樣離倒閉也不遠了！也請大家避坑，房間老舊就不説了，房間裏還充滿了地溝臭，薰得人頭痛，永遠不會再入住！

映月潭在玉溪很有名，玉溪的朋友帶我們來泡過很多次鐘點房温泉。這兩年住宿翻新了就準備拖家帶口來住宿看看。
設施：才翻新，裝修不高級但夠用，有個私湯室內泡池，公共温泉有大滑梯，沒時間去體驗。
衞生：很乾凈整潔
環境：綠植環繞，蚊蟲較多，注意驅蚊
服務：每個員工都笑臉相迎，證明培訓很到位。
房間內的飲料小吃跟外麪價格差不多，點外賣也比較方便，總之，設施翻新後的映月潭推薦前往入住。

攜程上訂了兩晚水居標間，長者帶着五年級的孩子去玩，到店後安排住宿的水居標間非常靠後，安排了70號後的水居標間，長者説離前面温泉泡池區域要走很大一段路才能到，長者腿腳不好加上帶小孩不方便，衹能現場加了每晚185元費用升級到前面10號的小屋標間，長者也沒有告訴我這事，第二天娃娃才説了這事……週二週三入住的，查了攜程平台水居和小屋空房很多，兩個77歲的長者帶個12歲孩子入住，怎麼就直接安排到70號以後的房間了？前面的水居房都住滿了？上班沒到現場沒看到真實入住率，但對映月譚企業文化確實有些失望……

房間寬敞，室內泡池舒服。不足之處: 可能開業時間相對長，有的硬件細節稍顯老舊，而且多扇窗户白框上面是銹色的點漬，不知是老化還是不乾淨。

多年前經常來泡温泉，那時候的私人泡池房間非常老舊，時隔多年後，2024年再次來看看，房間重新裝修，整體體驗感比多年前好了很多，娛樂餐飲還是沒有多大變化，建議增加餐飲種類，提高口感品質！比如早餐品質就很好，夜間食物品種應當增加和提升品質！還有一個建議，由於房間距離較遠，可以增加自助三輪車，四輪車租用業務，減少進出行走時間
