Ah, this is my first time coming to Yuxi, and I chose to stay in this hotel. I saw good reviews online and thought it would be good, and it was indeed good. A lot of food and drink in the lobby are free, and the front desk also provides warm services. Xu Xu was so considerate in checking us in and upgraded the room!

The hotel is in a good location, close to Wanda Plaza. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The room is very clean and the decoration is great. It is my favorite style. The most unexpected thing is that there are underwear cleaner and makeup remover on the sink, which is very friendly to women; the bathroom is equipped with disposable toilet seats, which is a good detail; the breakfast is rich, and you can eat in the small garden, which is very comfortable. Overall, the hotel is very cost-effective and I will come again next time

The ladies at the front desk and customer service department are very nice and the service is excellent! I did the laundry and hung up the clothes for me. In Yuxi, I also saw the only sunset in Yunnan (it was so rare on a cloudy day), and Yuxi was so delicious! Next time I come, I will stay here!

There were renovations going on for two consecutive noondays, walls were smashed, and the sound of electric drills made it impossible to take a lunch break. Secondly, there was no air conditioning in the room. I asked the service staff and they told me to turn on the ventilation, but the ventilation mode turned out to be ridiculously noisy! ! ! ! Couldn't sleep all night! ! ! ! The room smelled bad again, it always smelled like tobacco and alcohol! ! The room was very unclean, the buttons on the bedside were covered in dust! ! ! ! ! The service staff were also very unprofessional. They didn’t know anything I asked and looked confused! ! ! ! ! The only proactive service was when I called to urge you to check out. It was during my lunch break that I was woken up by a phone call! ! ! ! ! Don't come here! ! ! ! ! ! A particularly unpleasant stay! ! !

The soundproofing was so bad that it was extremely noisy one night. A group of people were drinking and singing loudly in the restaurant on the sixth floor in the middle of the night, but no one paid attention. The food in the restaurant was also bad the next day, and there was no order! ! Not fresh yet

The room is very unsatisfactory, the front desk service is very good
