房間隔音效果真差，衞生也差，房間垃圾桶上個住客用完都沒有換袋子半垃圾桶垃圾。剛天亮就聽到外面有人説話還有關門的聲音。晚上睡覺床頭開關和洗漱台鏡子開關都太亮了，照的刺眼要矇頭睡才行。對於我睡眠不好的人來説簡直是折磨。

前台服務非常非常的差，按説格菲也算連鎖的，不是太差的酒店。前台就不培訓一下嗎？半夜渴了讓送瓶水，前台張口就房間配置兩瓶水，多要水是要收費的？！房間沒有放洗手液打電話讓前台給送一下，前台張口就酒店沒有洗手液？我説那怎麼洗手啊，前台説那我讓給你送塊肥皂過去吧，客房過來的時候説有洗手液衹是忘放了？前台連房間裏有什麼都不知道嗎？！定了一個高級大，續訂的時候定成了商務大，按説請示升級一下就可以。完全不通融，讓搬房間！出差住過很多差不多類型酒店，這是見過服務最差的酒店！建議跟如家商旅酒店前台學習一下，稍微多培訓一下！一點不會變通，張口就來！這哪是服務啊，這純純把顧客當大街上陌生人一樣！
如果不是因為距離批發市場近！就不會住這了！下次不會再來了！建議提升下服務吧！！！
