房間內首先沒有熱水，在前台辦理入住才告訴我，還説可以退訂，那我提前在網上訂的意義在哪裡，其次所有垃圾桶沒有套垃圾袋，垃圾桶的蓋着和桶子都是各走各的，像是服務員被誰催走了一樣，還有，衞生間放了兩片紙，兩片紙真的是太誇張了，卧室裏也衹有可憐的一點，260塊，就有兩個牙刷兩個梳子，香皂就一塊，真不知道老闆有這麼節省的嗎？然後到晚上十點以後，各種雜音，樓上像是在搬家一樣，根本不讓人休息，燈光昏暗，電視距離床位六七米遠，沒有個好的視力別想看清電視，總體就很讓人不滿意，名字就放個常青國際就可以了，不要叫玉樹賓館，這名字真當不起！

房間沒有窗户也就算了，居然洗澡沒有熱水，而且沒有沐浴蓬頭，百葉窗爛成垃圾，地毯藏的一塌糊塗，房間有異味，燈光昏暗，走廊有水漬，差點滑倒人也沒人收拾～總之體驗感極差，徹徹底底的差評。

玉樹挺好一個城市大廳富麗堂皇內部破爛不堪我在早上八點就預訂房子了，而且還給酒店打過電話確認了開了一千多公里到了以後給我説他們沒收到單子難道是平台在作假？前台長的挺漂亮説話句句看不起遊客外地人一句你去投訴吧完事兒了而且經理電話打不通各種投訴電話一個都打不通原來有恃無恐才是底氣五星級酒店原來是掛羊頭賣狗肉#衞生臟亂差異味難聞極致您細品#服務差的很

差差差！沒有無線網絡，電視看不了，電話線插在電話自己身上，連大廳都聯繫不到，攜程上登記的聯繫電話兩個都打不通，是空號，114查詢根本沒有玉樹賓館的號，真的是浪費了“玉樹賓館”這個名字，讓我們這些老玉樹人對這個名字的情懷都感到愧疚。

一樓大廳一部分租給了健身房，聲音嘈雜。前台服務員一邊晚飯一邊聊天，客房衞生情況堪憂，房間內沙發污漬斑斑，房間估計長時間無人入住，電子門鎖也罷工了，等了5分鐘服務員才來更換。更離譜的是早上八點退房，前台一片黑，等了近15分鐘服務員才睡醒眼惺忪前來。

重點投訴打掃房間衞生的女服務員，每天早上10點到11點之間用自己拿的房卡沖進客房強行要求客人退房和續房問題，好幾次我們衣服都沒穿那個女服務員就進來了一點都不尊重別人的私隱！説白了她們的意思就是讓客人早點退房她們好早點打掃完衞生的意思，讓我們那麼早退房我們出去去哪啊？如果有事的話早就退房走了呀那還用你們催嗎？真是少見！住了十多天每天早上都是直接沖進房間進來叫醒讓早點退續房不讓安靜，我們每天早上被她們沖進來叫醒搞得一整天心情很糟糕！每個酒店都是下午2點之前退房就可以啊！床單有些臟續完房要求換個床單，服務員説是三天換一次不給換還撒謊説床單今天沒送來之類的話，酒店裡麪覺得住着挺舒適的想來住，但是一想到每天早上被服務員沖進房間叫醒要求退房續房問題就不敢去了，早上睡不好，好不容易休息了來放鬆一下好好睡個覺都睡不好還不如去其他酒店是吧！
