The sound insulation is very poor, the next room can hear clearly, someone is going to get married at four o'clock in the morning, shutting the door back and forth for more than an hour, can't sleep at all, even calling the front desk can't solve it. The smell of cigarettes in the room is too strong, and it is stuffy when the windows are closed. It was originally agreed that the check-out would be delayed, and it was confirmed repeatedly one and a half days in advance that it could be delayed. On the day of check-out, it was said that it could not be extended. It is understandable to be expropriated, but the solution given is outrageous. I thought it was the best hotel in Elm, but this time I was really disappointed.

算是榆樹最好的酒店，停車方便，前台服務周到，房間乾淨衞生，早餐樣式很多，但是，唯一讓客人惱怒的就是婚房拍攝現場特別吵，而且從早上3點鐘左右就開始，整個走廊十分吵鬧，攪得人無法入睡。
