The sound insulation is very poor, the next room can hear clearly, someone is going to get married at four o'clock in the morning, shutting the door back and forth for more than an hour, can't sleep at all, even calling the front desk can't solve it. The smell of cigarettes in the room is too strong, and it is stuffy when the windows are closed. It was originally agreed that the check-out would be delayed, and it was confirmed repeatedly one and a half days in advance that it could be delayed. On the day of check-out, it was said that it could not be extended. It is understandable to be expropriated, but the solution given is outrageous. 房間設施老舊，尤其是衞生獎馬桶。蓋子都黃了。提前一天定的雙床房，晚上去住卻説沒有房間了，給調一個家庭房，實際就是雙床房去掉了兩個牀頭櫃，加了一個小童床而已，服務員話術很好，看似照顧客人了，實際根本不是，沒有牀頭櫃很不方便，將就一下就算了。退房後，前台服務員話説的很好聽，説有他們微信，一會就給開發票，等我晚上去問為啥還沒開票，根本不搭理我，後來服務員説換班忘記了。他家服務員都是嘴好，説完的話就和那什麼一樣。沒準。

酒店規格夠用衞生水平尚可 硬件設備可以看出來是捨得投入的 但是年頭較久 有些東西已經跟不上時代潮流 花灑品牌不錯但是太舊 體驗不好 枕頭和床墊好評 榆樹同檔次酒店裡最舒服的

算是榆樹最好的酒店，停車方便，前台服務周到，房間乾淨衞生，早餐樣式很多，但是，唯一讓客人惱怒的就是婚房拍攝現場特別吵，而且從早上3點鐘左右就開始，整個走廊十分吵鬧，攪得人無法入睡。
