三清山最好的民宿！環境、服務、位置都是最棒的。開車進門後有電瓶車接進去，入住的客房比較大，而且陽台超級大，面對山，躺在床上就可以把山景盡收眼底。酒店挨着玉簾瀑布的後門，拿着房卡就可以進入玉簾瀑布風景區。

春運回家途中偶然選擇的酒店，在山裡由別墅羣構成，很有特色。
設施：酒店是21年開業的，總體上設施都比較新，地暖空調智能馬桶一應俱全，床墊被套品質都很不錯！親子房佈置很温馨，小朋友特別喜歡。美中不足的是空調外機聲音有點響，廁所有點反臭。
衞生：非常乾淨！打掃衞生非常細緻，點贊！
環境：四面環山，世外桃源！空氣清新！
服務：最值得稱讚的是服務，值班經理和前台、餐廳經理和工作人員、電瓶車小哥都相當熱情貼心！真的是近期住過的服務最好的酒店！第一次住雷迪森，服務絕對秒殺其他國際品牌酒店，酒店服務團隊的優秀很好的彌補了設施上的不足。餐廳經理還送了自製的辣椒，感動！

1.到酒店後沒有告知接待方式，停車場無人看管。
2.到房間後也沒有人告知如何開燈，找不到總開關。
3.小童床上不乾淨，有頭髮和不明顆粒物。送來的浴巾有血漬，明顯不符合酒店的服務標準。
4.由於在山上，不方便溝通，就應該在入住時就問清楚客人的實際需求，把客房服務流程前置，以免不必要的麻煩。浪費了太多等候時間！
5.管家應該在入住之前就問一下客人此行的具體需求，提前把配套服務的準備工作落實。
6.預訂時看到酒店是有地暖設施的，但實際並未發現，也不知道是不是真的有，衹是沒有告知如何使用。
本以為三清山最好的酒店服務標準應該更高，但説實話這次有點失望… 景點也沒有去，冬天下雨確實不適合過去！
早餐:比較普通，不符合這個房費。

酒店環境很好，房間裏的設施幾乎都是全自動的，用起來很方便。早餐是送到房間的，量有些大。可以過來有些遠，不然夏天還想再來一次！

這酒店是我近期住過的最好的酒店，我很少改變行程，本來是想在三清山呆一天的，卻為了這裏的環境和服務一再續住，呆了三個晚上還意猶未盡，早餐豐富，味道也不錯，玉簾瀑布真的很值得去看看，可以説是一個瀑布羣，很美，也比較原生態。

房間非常有新意，每間房是山上獨立的小房子，床可以升降，晚上放下可睡覺，白天升起就是沙發和茶几，房間佈置很温馨浪漫，有膠囊咖啡機，茶具，有免費的咖啡、茶、可樂、啤酒、紅牛、水果、有音響，智能化的系統裝置，科技感滿滿，酒店就在三清山上，環境非常漂亮，服務員很周到，隨時都有酒店的車接送，體驗感極好，酒店的餐飲也很不錯👍是我們此次家庭出遊最喜歡的酒店

非常滿意👍 特別感謝安保禮賓部的王師傅幫忙將不慎掉落湖邊草叢中的相機鏡頭蓋找回！
自駕上山，車需停在停車場（電車充電樁衹有慢充），由酒店接駁車送往前台、房間、餐廳和玉簾瀑布（景區北門就在酒店內）等，服務人員熱情專業，響應速度很快。
房間整潔衞生，設施齊全且智能，落地窗很適合觀山景。餐廳的暖冬套餐味道很不錯，性價比很高。
酒店離三清山金沙索道很近，位置很好。
