The property is at a good location, with the manager & staff going the extra mile to make you comfortable and even helping plan the itinerary. Though I was the only foreigner and my Chinese is not good, they all made it comfortable for me. Cleanliness was impeccable and I loved the room. The wash was a bit small, but the cleanliness made up for it. At this price point, this is a lot more that what I expected and am touched by the warmth of the staff.

The boss is very nice. We originally booked a triple room, but suddenly added a family member and thought we could squeeze in for one night. The boss saw that the four of us stayed in a triple room and upgraded us for free. Thank you.
When we left, he told us the route, sent us to the entrance of the scenic area, and showed us where to take the bus to the railway station.
Don't be too demanding on the room. Just deal with it for one night. The service is worth the price. The breakfast is very generous.
