房間環境一般，提前預訂的三間房，價格也不低，400多元一晚，早餐很難吃，性價比不高…當天續訂第2天住的時候，前台答應按原價續住，結果到了第二天被要求一間房漲價100元，很無語…欺負外地遊客啊！對上饒的印象大打折扣…經過多方投訴調解後，才協調好…一次很不愉快的住宿經歷…

設施很新，應該是今年新裝修了，房間顏色配得好，温暖舒適，房間也挺大的，感覺比以前住過的如家要好一些高端一些。

房間寬敞明亮，衞生間乾淨無異味，設施齊全，感到遺憾的是服務員竟然搞錯了房間號，凌晨剛睡着就被敲門聲驚醒，一宿沒睡着。建議服務員責任心強一些，不要犯同樣錯誤。另外也要提醒晚來的客人不要大聲喧嘩吵鬧，影響他人休息

前台服務一般，機器人送外賣到門口也不打電話的，我沒開門又下去了，半天沒來我打前台電話問前台來一句你沒開門呀，我真是懵逼了，我沒接到電話怎麼開門，還要我提前開着門恭候嗎？既然下去了你們前台不應該打個電話看看是我沒人還是機器人問題怎麼外賣沒拿，等着我打電話問。沒有潤膚露，沒有護髮素。洗手間洗手盆下面都是污漬，沒有wifi密碼提示
