This stay at [hotel name] was really good! The room was spacious and bright, the facilities were complete and new, and the bedding was comfortable. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast was rich and varied. The transportation was convenient and the surrounding facilities were complete. I will come again next time!

地點位於温泉區，鄰近東鄉湖，房間面向一大片湖景，早上看令人心曠神怡，預留了足夠的停車位供自駕旅客 附近都是温泉酒店為主，沒甚麼配套，要吃飯的話要提早準備(旅館在9:00有一個免費細杯麵) 旅館沒有電梯，這點在預訂時已經知悉了，所以沒有太大問題，有兩邊樓梯，較入的那邊空間比較大，方便搬行李上去 温泉感覺是熱泉水為主，另外有一些誤會，就是當晚男湯有人預約了一個時段的貸切風呂，時間是9:30-10:00，但前台用翻譯軟件翻成中文時，錯寫成了只開放9:30-10:00，令旅客在準備入湯時被温馨提點了，感覺有點不好意思，希望這方面有更好溝通

Hawaii Onsen Minshuku Koi no Yu is located in Yurihama and about a 15-minute drive from Matsuzaki Station, near Hawaii Onsen and Tougo Onsen. LAN internet is available in each guest room. Facilities include a communal bath and an open-air bath. The hotel also has a vending machine corner. The hotel possesses 7 rooms.

The location is so good for the price. However, there is no place to eat around, so it is difficult. There is no hot spring, but hot spring water is available in the bathtub

The hotel is a walk from the lake; near Matsuzaki Railway Station. Thanks to the reception staff and restaurant service staff, even in the face of foreign passengers who do not speak Japanese at all, they patiently communicate and introduce; the quality of catering and service is really great!
