There were also some misunderstandings. Someone in the men's bath that night had reserved a time slot for the kakiri-buri bath, which was from 9:30-10:00. However, when the front desk used the translation software to translate it into Chinese, it was mistakenly written as only open from 9:30-10:00. The passengers were reminded warmly when they were preparing to enter the bath. I felt a little embarrassed. I hope there will be better communication in this regard.
