The hotel is a walk from the lake; near Matsuzaki Railway Station. Thanks to the reception staff and restaurant service staff, even in the face of foreign passengers who do not speak Japanese at all, they patiently communicate and introduce; the quality of catering and service is really great!

I came here to check in Conan, but it was unexpectedly good. The service was very good, the dinner and breakfast were very rich, and the hot spring was very refreshing. I contacted Ctrip customer service one day in advance to help contact the hotel to arrange the pick-up time at Kurayoshi Station. When I checked in, I made an appointment with the front desk to send me to Kurayoshi Station. Everything went smoothly. I will definitely come again! Highly recommended!
