The sanitation is okay, the facilities are relatively old, the door frames in room 209 are loose, the toilet seat in 208 is missing, and the air conditioning effect is not good. Before I checked in, I was admitted that I could issue a water bill and a special ticket. I also confirmed it twice before checking out. I told you that it can't be opened, so I asked the boss how to deal with it. The boss asked me to find someone who admitted that it can be opened. If he refused to deal with the problem, it was a rubbish hotel.

凌晨三點到酒店 提前訂了酒店 到酒店以後前台在睡覺 我叫了好幾遍 他才醒 我説開房 他直接很不耐煩和我説沒房間了，明明旁邊那麼多房卡，然後我和他説我在攜程訂了，他才爬起來看，我説你們攜程顯示有房間我才訂，沒有我肯定就不來了啊，我定的大床房 攜程上面有，然後他一臉不耐煩地和我説沒有了，我説那就雙床吧，他就給我去拿雙床，説實話你沒有房間不想接就把平台關了我去訂其他家的唄，本來你上晚班就應該遇到這種情況，不然上晚班幹嘛呢，體驗極差，這輩子再也不來了

欺騙顧客，隱形消費，明明預訂的是麻將雙人房，結果到酒店去衹剩一間大床房了，給我們換了大床房，麻將桌也是壞的，打麻將還要另外付費，誰家酒店麻將房打麻將還要另外收費啊！衞生差死，進門洗手枱上還有蟲子在爬，隔音不好。在網上看的開業時間不是太久，結果酒店設施好久！

#房間設施住了幾天，房間裏就兩個插座有電，其它的都沒有。無線網沒有，叫前台弄一下，她説打電話找老闆，回來自己打了兩次電話叫老闆拿插排從有電的那個位置接電，把無線網接上了。#服務基本沒有，前台就衹管給開房，其它問啥都是説打電話找老闆，叫拿個插排，六七點叫的，九十點才拿上來，退房開發票，也是叫加老闆微信，老闆還不一定通過，也許是老闆忙，過後也不給補開了。總結一下就是，前台除了開房間，其他什麼都找老闆，老闆太忙，不一定能管到，住進去了就是愛啥啥的。
