酒店前台接待員服務態度很好，訂的時候沒注意看房型，想住的房間沒有房了，酒店工作人員後面幫忙協調換到海神居温泉房了，這邊户型更豪華，環境很好，小朋友很喜歡，因為房間內有浴缸，特別表揚前台接待員小2171和1069兩位小姐姐，幫我們介紹房型區別，讓我們住到了滿意的房間

房間温泉泡池的水質跟公園的水質一樣，泡完海水温泉全身放鬆，感覺很舒服，整個酒店的服務都很好，温泉公園古羅馬風格的很好看。裏面的温泉泡池很多。前台的小妹2044工作態度很好，跟我介紹了周邊的美食。

真垃圾。①整體老舊②一樓温泉房全是蚊子，一晚上被咬的全是包。訂的兩晚上第二天晚上不住走了。
③服務簡直垃圾，大早上八九點敲門問你要不要打掃房間④找前台拿礦水開始還説説都要錢，知道沒有打掃衞生才給⑤按金説的退房了就退，結果四號退房，到六號無意間發現沒有退錢，打電話才退，不然按金都不退你

設施老舊，拉門壞了也沒修。床墊已經凹下去了，睡得很不舒服，安排放煙花的地方離的特別近，把草地都燒起來了很不安全，搞得整晚沒睡好。衞生也差有照片為證。感覺花了上千元來受罪的。

房間可以，設施完善，衞生乾淨，環境優雅，就是服務方面比較冷淡，入住比較晚，沒有很詳細的介紹，比如早餐，還有温泉門票，怪嚇人的小姐姐説隨時停温泉水，房間也不便宜，沒人幫你拿行李或者送你到公寓，服務比較不到位。
