挺滿意的，就是樓層有點高沒電梯，客服前台預訂需要交100按金，沒有享受到免按金的信任，工作人員太少了，他們也挺辛苦的，

這家酒店還要按金一百，水池邊有點發黴看着很不舒服，被套也有點臟的感覺，因為是自建房改造的，隔音也不好。

首先衞生間鏡子看見一衹蟑螂，其次洗澡熱水等半天才熱，退房的時候一瓶雅詩蘭黛的洗面奶忘記拿了（基本滿的）過了幾個小時給酒店打電話 酒店説打掃阿姨給丟了。説找不回來了也不賠償！！！嚴重懷疑自己私藏

區別對待！！攜程上訂的房都會給你安排到4樓5樓！！門店訂房就2樓！因為沒得電梯。再就是衞生間馬桶安裝的不好！！上廁所比較憋屈！！

前台服務人員服務態度很差，房間沒有電視信號，中午11點多入住，催了好多次，一直到退房都沒有電視看，不聞不問，建議下降這種酒店
