預訂的房型沒有了，前台小姐姐免費升級房型，房間温馨乾淨衞生，竟然配有小袋洗衣粉；很用心。早餐自助也很豐盛。對面酒店對面就是黃山公園。來鄖西值得入住值得推薦。

本次入住城市便捷黃山公園酒店 辦理入住前台主動詢問客人需求和喜好 我覺得這點還是蠻不錯的 早上在三樓餐廳吃飯，早點種類還是蠻豐富的，還有機器人送物，小朋友蠻喜歡，這次的出行總之來説是很不錯的

酒店位置好，對面就是黃山公園，房間衞生也搞的挺好的，衞生間做了乾濕分離，並設定了掛衣服和毛巾的地方，這個細節很棒。有自助早餐，酒店後面有停車場很方便，前台小姐姐服務態度很好，特意為我們安排了不臨街的房間，感謝！

“從入住到退房，全程體驗超出預期！房間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟乾淨，隔音效果很好，一覺睡到天亮。早餐種類豐富，味道很棒，尤其是現煮的咖啡和手工點心。前台還貼心提供了旅遊攻略，幫忙預約了景點門票，服務真的無可挑剔！”

這個酒店住了很多次，前幾次體驗感都比較好的，這次碰到酒店個別前台人員欠缺培訓，服務意識較差，講話態度惡劣，建議酒店方加強前台人員培訓，提高服務意識；
不到退房時間惡意催退，影響旅客休息，講話態度較差！
