這家民宿位於白銀谷景區內，老闆人帥心善，小院精緻用心，三人入住親子房較寬敞。100米內有鄉村小酒館可K歌喝茶品酒，山頂有咖啡書吧發呆休息，民宿旁可溯溪至七星墩、再乘纜車到雲和梯田。小院風景優美，蔬菜新鮮，飯菜可口，適合約好友或者親子出遊入住。

設施：民宿設施齊全，很多都是提供一次性用品，沒有擔心
衞生：乾淨衞生，房間也很大
環境：環境更不用説，就在坑根景區裏面，風景如畫，離雲和梯田也很近，可以早起看雲海日出，也可以爬山觀七星墩，晚上亦可枕溪入眠
服務：最值得推薦的是民宿老闆的服務，貴哥人很好，非常推薦的民宿～凈和小院，浙江版有風小院，一個有愛有人情味風景又很美的古村落

走進村裡，看到薄霧輕繞山澗，流水落花，梯田圈圈，別有一番風貌！

房間很大，超過我們的想象，民宿位置很好，管家夫妻倆人很好，我們住的兩天，到的那天很晚了，管家師傅提前趕到村子門口接我們，幫我們拿行李。早餐很豐盛，由於快到端午節了，早餐還送了我們自己做的粽子。晚餐管家燒的也很好吃。走的時候也幫我們拿行李。

房間很大，有榻榻米，老闆夫妻人很好，來回都接我們幫我們挑行李接送，晚飯和第二天早飯在他們家吃的，價格實惠，菜也好吃，早餐不但是免費的還超級豐盛，還送了小菜，民宿就在白銀谷裏，真的很美，門口就是溪流，可能由於去的當天下雨，民宿在一樓，有點潮濕感，也有一點黴味，不過和在一樓還有天氣有關，總體的體驗感不錯。

也叫凈和小院，總共11間房，老闆去年9月盤下重新裝修的，房間很大，空調給力冬天不冷。店家非常熱情，有求必應。
